What They’re Saying

Do I need to have prior yoga experience to join classes?

Not at all. Our classes are open to everyone — from absolute beginners to experienced students. Teachers provide clear instructions, modifications, and variations so you can move at your own pace.

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing you can move in. Don’t have a mat? We offer a limited number for rent at the studio.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early. This gives you time to check in, settle your space, and ease into practice without rush.

You don’t need to be flexible to start yoga. Flexibility improves over time. What matters most is your willingness to show up and move with awareness.

Yes. Our gentle and restorative yoga Atlanta classes are designed for beginners and those seeking a slower pace. These sessions include extra support with alignment and technique.

Please check with your healthcare provider first. Once cleared, let your teacher know about any limitations so they can offer appropriate options during class.

There’s no fixed rule. Many students start with one or two sessions a week and build from there. Consistency is key to seeing and feeling results.

Our schedule includes Hatha, Vinyasa, gentle and restorative yoga, Yin, Prenatal, Intermediate, and Integrative Somatic Yoga. We offer something for every stage of practice.

Yes. You can practice with us in person or online, whichever suits your needs.
